The announcement of his transfer caused quite a stir. After more than two decades at RTL, Pascal Praud gave in this summer to the siren calls of Europe 1 to host the late morning slot. The move was a logical one, given that the Nantes-born Praud had already been hosting CNews, which shares the same owner as RTL, since 2010.14 million on the final tranche, an increase of 177,000 over July and 81,000 over last year. Above all, Pascal Praud’s time slot exploded with an average of 251,000 listeners, 80,000 more than Julia Vignali and Mélissa Gomez at the same time last year.

Pascal Praud’s show ranks fifth in this time slot, but is still a long way behind the behemoths Nagui and Julien Courbet, who flirt with the million mark at the same time.
